Presentation tips for first graders

If you want to be a powerful speaker, sometimes you just need to go back to the basics.

Here are some presentation tips given to my son’s grade one class. As you can see, this advice is just as relevant to adults as it is to children.

You'll probably find these pointers obvious, but I'm sure you'd also agree that many speakers fail to deliver on these points. Because although these tips are simple, it doesn't make them easy - especially when nerves come into play.

Most often, it just takes conscious effort and practice to get them right.

As the poster says, "Use these tips to help you prepare for your perfect presentation!"

Btw, it’s that last point that busy professionals often neglect...practice. But as these 6 year-olds are learning, practice is critical to a perfect presentation!
